The Carver bathtub arrived in perfect condition. We have not yet installed it, but it looks beautiful! Your web description and pictures portrayed it accurately. My builder commented that the tub looks structurally sound and offers versatility for the placement of water supply. I rate it as a "5". It will be installed on the second floor, with a window on one side looking out onto a forest in northern Arizona.

Definately giving our Carver Tub a 5(EXCELLENT)!!  It sure makes for a relaxing bath, it's so nice & deep & the jets  sure relieve them aching muscles, I like them because they make lots & lots of bubbles!!  We don't always use the lights, since we always seem to have too many bubbles!  This tub is definately worth the $$$ spent..  Will for sure buy from CarverTubs.com again if we ever need another tub...Oh, & the transaction online went smoothly too!  GREAT customer service!
